TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store available at: novakkickss.com (hereinafter referred to as the "e-shop").

The buyer is a natural or legal person who enters into a purchase contract with the seller via the e-shop.

2. Order and Conclusion of Contract

  • An order is created by completing and submitting the order form on the e-shop website.

  • After submitting the order, the buyer will receive an email confirmation.

  • The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order.

3. Price and Payment Terms

  • All prices in the e-shop are stated including VAT.

  • The buyer can pay only by online card payment through a secure payment gateway.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Goods are delivered by courier to the address provided by the buyer.

  • Delivery time is 8–14 business days from order confirmation.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from delivery of the goods.

  • The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received.

  • The goods must be returned undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

  • The seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

6. Complaints and Warranty

  • The warranty period for goods is 24 months unless stated otherwise.

  • The buyer may submit a complaint via email at: novakkick.s@gmail.com.

  • The complaint must include:

    • a description of the defect,

    • order number,

    • photo documentation (if possible).

  • The seller will resolve the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days.

7. Personal Data Protection

  • The seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.

  • Data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and communication with the customer.

  • The buyer has the right to access, correct, erase, and other rights under GDPR.

8. Final Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions come into effect on July 5, 2025.

  • The seller reserves the right to modify these terms.

  • Legal relations are governed by the Civil Code and relevant laws of the Slovak Republic.
