If the item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, no problem — you can return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Return conditions:

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
• After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days

Complaints (Defective Items)

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to make a complaint in accordance with the law.

How to proceed:

• Send us photos of the issue to: novakkick.s@gmail.com
• Include a short description of the problem and your order number
• We will contact you with a solution within 3 business days

📦 After the complaint is approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund.
